Our Fees

We charge 8% of monthly rent for modern buildings, Villas, and townhouses whose rent is above 20,000 RMB per month.

One month rent to find a tenant.

12% of monthly rent as our service fee for old house, lane house , apartment in old buildings.

10% of monthly rent for modern buildings which rent is less than 20,000 RMB.

We charge 8% of monthly rent for modern buildings, Villas, and townhouses whose rent is above 20,000 RMB per month.

You will receive a monthly statement regarding your property and a deposit in your bank account.
